Shipping & Handling

We ship all products within 2 business days from the receipt of payment. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address that was provided during checkout. If you are ordering more than one item, we advise that you group your items into one order to save on shipping costs. Item that are ordered separately cannot be grouped into one order.

United States Shipping

Domestic order are shipped with USPS with a tracking reference, No signature required. If you wish to ship express or signature release, please contact us prior to placing your order for a price quote.

International Shipping

International orders are charged for shipping according to the destination country, and usually reach their destination within 7-14 business days. You can see how much your shipping costs are during checking out. Simply choose your country from the drop down list and provide your full address details, click continue to view the shipping costs. Please be aware that International orders placed without a valid phone number could be retained by customs.

In some cases international shipments may be subject to custom fees, taxes and duties. Any custom charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition we cannot retain any responsibility for any delays caused due to the package being retained by custom officials.

NOTE: Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, information cannot be update or changed. Please take extra care to ensure that all your details are correct before submitting your order. In the event you have input the wrong details, please write to us immediately and if the item hasn't shipped we will update your information.

Backorders

Occasionally, items may go on backorder. When this happens, you will be notified by email. Items that are back ordered will be shipped as soon as they are available at no additional shipping costs.
