| Tracking you order |

We will always notify customers at the time their order is shipped. If a tracking service is available by post, we will include the Tracking or Airway Billing number in your Shipping Confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking or Airway Billing number, then a tracking service is not available for your package or destination country. To track your order, go to the log-in area (found at the top of this page) and log-in using your username and password. Once you are logged in, click on the "Order History" link, where you will then be able to view your order status and track its shipping progress.
